IBPS RRB 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (As on 01.09.2025)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.09.1997 and later than 01.09.2007 (both dates inclusive).
For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.09.1995 and later than 01.09.2007 (both dates inclusive).
For Officer Scale-II (Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.09.1993 and later than 01.09.2004 (both dates inclusive).
For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.09.1985 and later than 01.09.2004 (both dates inclusive). r the government rules:

1. All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.

IBPS RRB 2025 Online Application Form
The Online Application link for IBPS RRB 2025 Office Assistant and Officers Scale-I, II & III has been activated on 1st September 2025 at the official website i.e. https://ibps.in and the last date to apply online is 28th September 2025. The IBPO PO Main exam is also conducted online, it has 5 (4+1) sections with a total score of 200+25 marks and a total duration of 160+30 minutes. IBPS will be conducting a descriptive paper in its mains exam for the selection of candidates for the post of Probationary Officer. The sections must be attempted in the same order and the allotted time as mandated at the time of the exam. A candidate has to clear both preliminary and mains examinations to be eligible for the interview process.

IBPS has also released the exam pattern and syllabus for IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1, 2, 3, and Office Assistant posts along with the IBPS RRB notification 2025 pdf. The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office Assistant is quite different from that of the exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade. For IBPS RRB Office Assistant, the Exam will be conducted in two phases:
• Preliminary Exam
• Mains Exam
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates for the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks obtained by the candidate in his/her Mains Examination.
Note- There is sectional timing for IBPS RRB PO and Clerk Exam.

The difficulty level of the RRB Clerk Prelims Exam remains Easy to Moderate with 80 MCQs from Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude subjects.
