The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the number of vacancies for Clerk / Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) posts in the clerical cadre in the State Bank of India through SBI Clerk Notification 2025. This year, SBI announced 6589 vacancies across the country. Out of the total vacancies, 1409 were backlog vacancies.

The eligibility criteria of the SBI Clerk 2025 exam are mainly about two pre-requisites:
SBI Clerk Educational Qualifications (as on 31/12/2025)
He/she must hold a valid graduation degree (UG) in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificates should ensure that the date of passing the IDD.
Note: Candidates in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply for the SBI Clerk exam. If provisionally selected, they will be required to produce proof of having passed their graduation examination.
SBI Clerk Age Limit (as on 01/04/2025)
Not below 20 years and not above 28 years, i.e. the candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive).
