The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications from candidates who are in the age limit of 21 years to 30 years and have completed graduation to fill vacant Probationary Officers (PO) posts. The selection procedure includes three stages- Prelims, Mains, and Interview. The candidates who clear all stages of the selection process will be appointed for Probationary Officers posts in the pay scale of Rs 48,480/- and are liable to be posted anywhere in India. As per the notification, the starting basic pay of a Probationary Officer (PO) is Rs 48,480/- (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. The approximate CTC at initial scale of at Mumbai Centre is 20.43 Lacs.
Note- The candidates who will be selected have to execute a Bond for a value of Rs. 2 Lacs to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years at the time of joining as Probationary Officer in State Bank of India.
